As a Holistic Health Educator and Holistic Rebirther, Mahara honoured her 40 year Rebirthing career by joining the fabulous International Breathworkers Summer Conference in the Loire Valley, France. Such joy and gratitude for connecting with this inspirational family of Joie de Vivre!
Participants from 31 countries around the world included Conscious Breathing Practioners, Doctors, Yoga teachers, Psychologists and Wellness Coaches to name a few. This rich experience offered the opportunity to gather, exchange, learn and share the latest technology in this transformational field.
The Conference included a 3 hour live stream teaching how to take the Breathwork to children in schools. There is also a branch in the International Breathworkers Foundation connected to the United Nations that works with refugees from war torn countries.
